As a school, we strive to work with all students to help them succeed; students and parents are accountable for regular class attendance and daily assignments. Regular attendance, punctuality and participation in school are directly linked to student achievement and preparation for entry into the world of college and employment.
Clearing Absence
Please clear absence on the day of the student's absence. (i.e. illness, medical/appointments, personal or other reasons).
Please refer to the Student/Parent Handbook for attendance information including excused and unexcused absences.
Absences left unverified for 5 days will be considered unexcused.
How to call in a student absence
Verification of absence may be made by telephone call 209-717-6715 or email [email protected]. You will not receive a call back unless more information is needed. In your message, please include the following:
- Student's first and last name
- Your name and phone number
- Relationship to the student
- Reason for absence/release
- Date student was absent
